Gluten Free Flour

This is a staple for any gluten free household. Bob's Red Mill makes all the component flours, or if you have an Asian market near by, save yourself some money and go there.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups rice flour
  • 2 cups potato starch
  • 1 cup tapioca flour

Directions

Step 1

Combine in a large mixing bowl and store in an air tight container
