Pancake and Waffle Mix
Create a lot of this mix and use it as an alternative to store bought, flour based pancake mixes. If you want to make your own gluten free flour for use with this recipe, it's 6 parts rice flour, 2 parts potato starch, and 1 part tapioca starch.
Ingredients
- 4 cups gluten free flour
- 1 cup buttermilk powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda

Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl then store for later use.
