Honey Mustard Chicken

Submitted by keith on September 12, 2007

Tasty yet simple way to prepare chicken. If you like honey mustard, you'll like this dish. It's originally from allrecipes.com. The only adaptation I made was to substitute yogurt for mayonnaise since it's a bit healthier.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cups honey mustard (1/3 cup dijon and 1/4 honey if you want to make your own)
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon steak sauce (make sure it's GF)
  • 4 chicken breasts

Directions

Step 1

Heat grill to meduim heat (~400 degrees)

Step 2

Combine the honey mustard, yogurt, and steak sauce in a shallow bowl

Step 3

Set aside some sauce for future basting, then cover the chicken breasts by dipping them in the bowl.

Step 4

Place on grill for 45 minutes or until done (when the juice runs clear). Flip and reapply sauce every 10-15 minutes.
