Strawberry spinach salad

Great salad to accompany most meals.

Ingredients

  • Per salad:
  • 1 cup loosely-packed fresh spinach
  • 4 medium-sized strawberries or ½ fresh, ripe pear
  • Some chunks of your favorite gluten-free blue cheese (many are not)
  • 1 T pine nuts/walnuts
  • Brianna’s blush wine vinaigrette

Directions

Step 1

Toast nuts for a few minutes in a frying pan (until browned).

Step 2

Put spinach in a bowl.

Step 3

Cut strawberries or pear up, put it on top of spinach.

Step 4

Crumble or cut cheese onto salad to taste.

Step 5

Put nuts on salad.

Step 6

Add dressing, eat.
