Strawberry spinach salad
Great salad to accompany most meals.
Ingredients
- Per salad:
- 1 cup loosely-packed fresh spinach
- 4 medium-sized strawberries or ½ fresh, ripe pear
- Some chunks of your favorite gluten-free blue cheese (many are not)
- 1 T pine nuts/walnuts
- Brianna’s blush wine vinaigrette
Directions
- Step 1
Toast nuts for a few minutes in a frying pan (until browned).
- Step 2
Put spinach in a bowl.
- Step 3
Cut strawberries or pear up, put it on top of spinach.
- Step 4
Crumble or cut cheese onto salad to taste.
- Step 5
Put nuts on salad.
- Step 6
Add dressing, eat.
