Summer fruit salad
A tasty salad that works best in the summer (good peaches are hard to find in the winter).
Ingredients
- 8 fresh, ripe peaches
- 2 c fresh blueberries
- 2 c fresh raspberries
- ¼ c orange juice
- 2-3 T sugar
- ¼ c chopped fresh mint
Directions
- Step 1
Slice and pit peaches.
- Step 2
Place peaches, blueberries, juice, sugar, and mint in a bowl.
- Step 3
Stir gently.
- Step 4
Gently fold in raspberries just before serving.
