Bette Hagman's Vegetarian Pizza
This is possibly my favorite recipe out of Bette Hagman's "The Gluten Free Gourmet: Cooks Fast and Healthy". It's really tasty and pretty healthy. If you want to try more of Hagman's recipes, here's a link to the book on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/...
Ingredients
- 1 GF Pizza Crust (http://www.sprued.com/recipe_database/show/7)
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup yogurt (or mayonnaise)
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- Around 4 cups of your choice of chopped veggies. Good choices are: broccoli, cauliflower, green and red bell peppers, mushrooms, and green onions
Directions
- Step 1
Bake the GF pizza crust (http://www.sprued.com/recipe_database/show/7)
- Step 2
Mix together yogurt, cream cheese, dill weed, onion powder and garlic powder
- Step 3
Spread this mixture on semi-cooled pizza crust
- Step 4
Add chopped veggies
- Step 5
Serve immediately or wrap with plastic, refrigerate, and serve later.
