Chocolate Crumb Crust
Use this crust for chocolate mouse pie or cheesecake. Yummy!
Ingredients
- 4 c GF chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 c melted margarine
Directions
- Step 1
Take cookies and crush with bottom of glass into crumbs. Combine and press into pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Makes 1 large crust or 2 8-inch crusts.
