Gluten-Free Bread Stuffing
Your turkey will love this!
Ingredients
- 4 Tblsp. butter or margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 4 cups small pieces of toasted gluten-free bread
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp. ground sage
- ½ tsp. ground thyme
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
- Step 1
Saute onion, celery and butter or margarine in a large pot.
- Step 2
Stir in remaining ingredients and heat to warm through.
- Step 3
Stuff turkey as usual or bake separately for 30 minutes at 350 degrees in covered casserole dish.
- Step 4
(Recipe can be doubled.)
