Meat Marinade
This meat marinade can be used to spice up what otherwise might be an uninspiring meal. It was contributed by Andrea Howe at the Washington Area Celiac Sprue Support Group (http://0039f02.netsolh...).
Ingredients
- 1 pound of chicken or other meat
- 2 Tbs. GF soy sauce
- 2 Tbs. Sherry (Holland House)
- 2 Tbs. sesame Oil
- 2 Tbs. Water
Directions
- Step 1
Mix and marinade for at least 30 minutes
