Chocolate Roll #2

Ingredients
- 4 T cocoa
- 1 c sugar
- 4 T potato starch
- salt
- 6 eggs
- whipped cream
- 1 t GF vanilla
Directions
- Step 1
Sift cocoa and potato starch together.
- Step 2
Separate eggs. Beat the egg yolks.
- Step 3
Add vanilla and sugar. Continue beating.
- Step 4
Add cocoa and potato starch.
- Step 5
Add a few grains of salt to the egg whites and beat until stiff, but not dry.
- Step 6
Fold cocoa and yolk mixture into egg whites.
- Step 7
Line 10 x 15-inch pan with waxed paper. Grease the paper.
- Step 8
Spread dough, eliminating air bubbles.
- Step 9
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Step 10
Place on a damp dishtowel. Peel off paper carefully and cool.
- Step 11
Spread whipped cream on cake and roll up carefully.
