Brownies

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c oil
- 2 T unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 c potato starch
- 1 c nuts, chopped
Directions
- Step 1
Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the oil, then the cocoa and potato starch. Blend together.
- Step 2
Stir in the chopped nuts.
- Step 3
Pour into a lightly greased 9-inch square pan.
- Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Step 5
Cut into squares.
