Scrambled Eggs with Rice

Ingredients
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1/4 c GF margarine
- 6 eggs
- 2/3 c cooked rice
- 1/2 c half & half
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/ c grated American cheese
Directions
- Step 1
Cook onion in margarine until golden.
- Step 2
Beat eggs and milk until foamy.
- Step 3
Add cheese, rice and seasoning.
- Step 4
Pour over cooked onion.
- Step 5
Cover over low heat until set. Stir frequently.
