Pineapple Breakfast Cake

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 t GF vanilla
- 5 oz GF bread (broken into pieces)
- 1/3 c white sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple (Drain off 1/2 c juice)
- 1 t baking soda
- corn oil
Directions
- Step 1
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender.
- Step 2
Blend together well.
- Step 3
Pour into 8 x 8-inch oiled pan.
- Step 4
Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
- Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
