Grilled Flank Steak
Great flank steak recipe from Mizznezz on Recipezaar.com. I love this stuff. Flank steak is a relatively inexpensive meat. I usually marinate it overnight. It's also great to cook for a party or to take camping.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (make sure it's gluten free)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (2 lb) flank steaks
Directions
- Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients.
- Step 2
Pour over steak and let marinate for at least 4 hours (overnight is fine).
- Step 3
Turn a few times.
- Step 4
Broil over hot charcoal for 5 minutes each side.
- Step 5
Slice steak in thin pieces.
- Step 6
Make sure you cut against the grain.
