Brazilian Cheese Bread Pizza

Submitted by Joy Morgan on August 11, 2009

This is the best pizza crust I've made from a mix, it had absolutely no weird "gluten-free" taste or texture. Yummy. I made 3 small pizzas and froze the rest of the dough as directed on package.

Ingredients

  • For Crust:
  • 1 7.5 oz bag Chebe Cheese Bread Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Free-Range Eggs
  • 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup water
  • For Topping:
  • 3/4 cup Contadina Pizza Squeeze
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 slices Rose Canadian Bacon
  • 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits

Directions

Step 1

Set oven to 375 F

Step 2

With a fork or mixer, blend contents of packaged mix with oil and eggs

Step 3

Mix in cheeses

Step 4

Slowly blend in water

Step 5

Knead with hands until smooth and well blended

Step 6

Divide dough into 6 equal parts

Step 7

Roll, stretch or pat each crust into a small pie tin, keeping evenly thin and rolling up sides 1/2"

Step 8

Bake crust 15-20 minutes

Step 9

Remove from oven and add toppings

Step 10

Bake or broil until cheese is melted and browning, about 10 minutes
