This afternoon however when I was looking at labels I noticed that the Origional Pam contains grain alcohal, which is obviously a grain derivitive.

Does the manufacturer state if the food is gluten-free?

no- the package does not state this fact, however- the website states " Origional Pam, Butter Flavor Pam, and Olive Oil Pam do not contain any ingrediants derived from wheat products. However Pam for Baking is not gluten- free as it contains real flour, which is derived from wheat."
